These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 18club ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). Each player may hold only one active account on 18club. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

Account security is your responsibility. You must:

18club uses SSL encryption and standard security protocols to protect your account and personal data. However, we are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

All bets placed on 18club are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any bet you place, including the selection, stake amount, and bet type. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted by the platform.

18club reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and does not resume within the specified timeframe
• The bet was placed based on incorrect odds or information caused by a system error
• Evidence of irregular betting patterns or market manipulation is identified
• The outcome of the event was publicly known at the time the bet was placed

Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed during the bet placement process and may vary depending on the event and player account tier.

All financial transactions on 18club are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, and local bank transfer. Processing times and availability may vary by payment method.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, but individual payment providers may impose their own caps.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
• 18club does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal amounts may vary depending on your VIP tier and account verification status.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works of any content from the platform without prior written permission from 18club. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

18club provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties or guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access. While we strive to maintain reliable service, we are not liable for losses caused by technical failures, server downtime, network issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for:

• Losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials
• Third-party payment provider delays, errors, or fees

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform

In no event shall 18club's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the claim.
